SMS Terms

Busy Hands Digital (a business name of TMN-Dimensional Wise Consulting Inc.) sends text messages on behalf of the local businesses we work with. These terms apply to those messages.

Who receives texts

• Missed-call text-back: only people who called one of our client businesses. The texts respond to that call, for example to ask what service is needed and to help book an appointment.
• Reminders and follow-ups: only existing customers of our client business, about their own appointment, estimate or completed job.
• We do not send promotional or marketing texts without separate, express consent.

Message frequency

Varies by conversation, typically 2–6 messages per inquiry.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that business's number.
